03/12/2003 State Champs: The results are now online here. Well done to Gary, Fred, Jared and everyone else for competing. This was the biggest competition we have had for a long time. We are likely to make some changes for next year to make it run more smoothly with such a big crowd - including a real incentive to pre register to help us sort out pilots and judges prior to the event. We'll also need to rope in more people to run it.

24/11/2003 Indonesian Open: Stephen Fan sent this:

"Indonesian F3C Open will be held in Bali on the first week of May. Plans are being made to start receiving guests on the weekend prior to the competition which will have the opening ceremony on Thursday evening by the Bali governor. Plans are also being made for all "bloody tourists" all through the week and spare days. This is meant to be be a serious competition AND some serious fun.

All competitors are welcome. Mr. Taya (first F3C WC, designer of the Imperio, Nexus and Raptors) will be present as chief judge and will be giving a day of F3C workshop for all, Mr. Yamaguchi will be there to do his 3D workshop and demo, with a little bit of luck, Mr. Masuda of RCT Japan will be there with his 28 foot wing spread 727 Jet.
