Rules for MRCHC Auction night, 16 August 2004

  1. 10% deposit must be paid on the night
  2. For the items donated to the club, delivery will be arranged upon full payment.
  3. Only members may bid, however they may bid on behalf of anyone. It is their responsibility to ensure payment.
  4. Apart from items donated to the club, other members items to be auctioned should be loosely RC Helicopter related.
  5. The MRCHC reserves the right to refuse any item for auction.
  6. Club's 10% commission is payable on the night, regardless of arrangements between seller and buyer.
  7. Terms for items sold on behalf of members are cash on the night, unless seller advises alternative acceptable prior to item going on sale.
  8. No reserves - item's opening bid is the effective reserve, so no items for which a bid is received will be passed in.
  9. For items for which a deposit is not paid on the night, the option to purchase falls to runner up bidder(s).
